Sunday 3rd April 2022

For the purposes of student feedback, each Group will be split into 6 Teams (of 3 or 4 students). Each Team will be asked to feedback to the Group on one of the 6 Case Studies presented on Saturday and Sunday. 

Each Team will Feedback to the Group on their allocated Case Study by preparing and delivering a 10 minute presentation with 5 minutes of questions from the Group. 

There will be no PowerPoint, but there will be a flipchart board and markers.

As well as using information gained during the presentation of the Case Study, each Team can use the Presenter’s Organisation Website to obtain some background on the Case Study.

When providing the feedback on the Case Study each Team should include the following:

  1. A brief background on the aims of digital transformation for the case organisation.

  2. An example (and brief explanation) of one conceptual model or business model that has been, or could be, applied in managing the transformation.

  3. An example of one key problem/challenge that arose during the transformation and how it was addressed.

  4. An example of one key critical success factor for the transformation.

  5. Brief conclusions on the case study, and lessons you could apply in the workplace
